Training in urology
Presently I am working as consultant after completing my Urological Training at Christian Medical College, Vellore. Department of Urology at the Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar is a well organized and well equipped 300 bedded, the most modern facilities for the management of all types of complex urological disorders.
Daily work schedule begin with ward rounds followed by either an outpatient clinic or a theatre list. In addition to the clinical duties in urology ward, I am also responsible for 2-3 operating sessions and 3 outpatient clinics per week.
We are having weekly uroradiology and uro-pathology meetings. We also have regular case presentations, journal clubs and seminars.
I am also actively involved in teaching medical, nursing and paramedical students.
Clinical experience in urology (urological surgery performed)
Uro-oncology – Radical nephrectomy, radical cystectomy with urinary diversion, partial and total penile amputations, Radical inguinal and pelvic lymph node dissections, adrenalectomy.
Open stone surgery – Pyelolithotomy, nephrolithotomy, ureterolithotomy, Cystolithotomy.
Reconstructive urology– Pyeloplasty, augmentation cystoplasty, Blandy’s urethroplasty Johanson’s urethroplasty, perineal and transpubic urethroplasties, Vesico vaginal fistula repair, ileal conduit, ileal ureter, Boari flap.
Andrology – Vaso vasal and vaso-epididymal anastomosis, high ligation of varicocele.

Sir.i m 22.i think i cant complete my bladder at once..when i urinate..urine comes and stop again comes and..continues for 5 minutes too mostly at night.when i start urine comes ina good flow…but…after that..its not compleated clearly.i m suffering from 8-9 months.i consulted a docter in burla urology but he sad if it was a major problem that it would be more complecated in 8 months.but i think my urine obstructs…and i go to urinate more time than nomal if i consume more water..if drink water less any day urine comes little yellow and its hot

1.april- june2o15 i face slight burning and uncomfortableness in my genital part thought that it was peta garam and just drink alcasol regularly..ignorance continued
2.july 2015
Report came with 2-5 pus cells i ate. OFLOXACIN AND FLAVOSPASS AND K MAX SYRUP FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS DEN BURNING SYMPTOM REDUCED BUT I FOUND A SYMPTOM PERSISTED THAT WAS A SERIOUS UNCOMFORTABLENESS AFTER URINATION..IT WAS A WORST TYPE OF FEELING IN MY GENITAL ..DEN I ATE NITROSTAR AND AND A FOOD SUPPLEMENT SACHET …
3.I WENT FOR A CULture test. .i found e coli in it. .
but by sone elderly suggestion i went through about two months honeopathy
4.again routine test … i did routine test of about 10 timesreport normal …
5.i went for culture test in october 2015 .it came no bacteria found
6.that after urination the worst feeling persisted ..burning very very mild ..sometimes i felt testicular pain when i get up early in the morning and after urination i feel that worst feeling …very very hot urine ..feel like flow radius is more .. very quick disposal of urine .. the pain stays for about 2-3 hrs ..very mild pain ..sometimes it not ..
7.then i went for an urine swab culture. . found e coli. ..went with 10 GENTAMYCINE INJECTION..
8.yesterday it complted all the injection but still the hot urine at the time of urination and the weird feeling worst feeling ..slight pain feeling sometimes is still with me …
I m facing mental tension also for this .. I m drinking sufficient water but wat to do. .the after urination worst feeling is not going away ..

My prostate operation was done by Dr.simran Das Adhikari on 18.1.18 and i was in room no 327.Dr adhikari sir is a very good dr.i am really extremely impressed on him.tube and urine bladder etc. Were removed on 22.1.18. I was advised to meet him after 7 days of removal of tube. Now urine colour is reddish.blood particles is also seen during passing urine thrice within 22.1.18. To 1.2.18.i want to meet the dr. On 3.2.18 saturday. Please let me know if DOCTOR SIR .WILL REMAIN ON 3.2.18?
