After operation of my wife I had a Baby. But after that some where leakage is continuing from internal site as like some water. But she not in position for 2nd operation in present situation. sir,regards.i have small stones in both the kidneys since 2018.Had fatty lever issue in 2018.Had been hospitalised 5/6 times since then due to urine burning,excess shiverings and fever i.e UTI till march “21 .Later on there was left testis pain ,blood in urine and afterwards semen in urine too which has been cured to some extent.Had taken urispass tabs,ciprofloxacin,cefixime 200,nitrofurantoin,bactrim ds,sulfamethaxazole tabs of and on in the meanwhile. Had taken Flotral 10 for more than 3 months together .Had taken afdura for some days but to not much relief from UTI. I have been taking zeripod 8 for one month till date and continuing too due to enlarged prostate now after consulting Urologist Dr pradhan of Amri..But since last 03 days I had ankle muscle/leg swellings which deepens when pressed,little bit in right leg too.Had have itchy skin,slow urine flow in the night and morning.urine burning with yellow colour . I have phimosis of moderate degree not hurting at erection but I seriously feel I need circumcision to undergo as there is a chance it can hurt at coitus in future. I have the following doubt’s n I need someone far like u from my hometown to get it done .
1. How many days should I stay hospitalized?

My age is 25yrs, I am having a uncircumcised penis where i suffer from complete erection problems which hurts because of frenulum breve so I want to remove it for complete erection by Frenuoplasty or frenuloctomy process by consulting with best Urologist, as a matter I dont want my penis to be circumcised forever because I cant bear major pain.. I am a Male 25 yrs, unmarried. After one week my whole scortum small blood veins become visible & sensitive. Skin doctor told that every this is all right and wrote me Some steroid cream & moisturizer… But that was horrible my skin became more sensitive and burning now time…after some days my right testicle started pain in head and base of the penis is burning. All reports are negative,ESR, CBC,urine culture,radiology rgu and ultrasound dropller. My doctor told me that I m all right. But the only thing which has save me till now is doxy 100 mg & Dec 150 mg ,I am using this tablets for about 2 month,my pain of right testicle has gone. but if I stop this tablets my pains returns with in 3 days, I not feel well, muscle pain, joint pain, feeling tied. All this problem starts when I stop using doxy. Please help me.
