this week I have 25th live related Renal transplantaion
all of them are doing alright so far
so far I have done 4 second renal transplantation ( who had previous renal transplantation some where else and not working now)
we have also done multiple arteries in 3 cases , in fact the very first one was having three arteries
we have done right donor nephrectomy in 3 cases.
most of the donor could be discharged on 3 rd post operative day and recipients on 5th post operative day. If the stay is not prolonged then we are able to manage to keep the total cost within 2.75lakh ( recipient and donor together)
