He had bland thrombus below the tumor thrombus which was going to both illiacs. Which was a surgical challange. I used plication technique in infra renal IVC
A Surgical challenge: Right sided Renal Cell Carcinoma with IVC Thrombus extending into left renal vein and having bland thrombus extending upto both the illiacs used liver mobilization technique as used in liver transplantation.
